NAIL GROWTH JOURNEY
NAIL GROWTH JOURNEY
One of my most satisfying moments as a nail technician is being able to see my clients happy from achieving their natural nail goals.

February 6th Victoria started off with damaged, short nails and was determined to grow them out by the summertime.

February 26th She returned about 3 weeks later with all her nails intact and noticeable growth!

We rebalanced her structure and kept it simple for her next set.

March 11th 2 weeks later she returned and had noticeably longer length from her first appointment.

We started to move towards her desired shape (almond) but we weren't quite there yet with length so we started off with more of an oval shape.

March 25th Her natural nails were thriving! We had some struggles with her pointer finger on her dominant hand (normal for most people who use their hands roughly) which is why it is a little shorter.

March 25th Ended up doing this super cute mod art style set!

April 19th A little under 3 weeks later, these were how long her natural nails have come!

April 19th We evened out all the lengths of her nails as the pointer finger had grown so well and long enough that it was a good length for Victoria to maintain.

Victoria's nail growth journey from Feb 6 to April 19th. It took her 5 appointments to get to her desired length and shape!

Sept 5- Rebecca's nail growth journey started off with her having long nails, but never being able to keep the length from breaking after some time.

Oct 1st - She did well after nearly 4 weeks, but did have some lifting on some nails.

We adjusted her shape to a mini coffin and I told her to come back under 4 weeks to check on the lifting.

Oct 25th - She came back with amazing growth! We still had some lifting on her primary finger nails. I advised to be mindful about saunas and using cuticle oil.

We didn't take down any length and decided to just clean up the shape a bit more.

Nov 15th - She continued to have great growth results.

We did not have any more lifting issues anymore as well- her natural nails are thriving!

We kept it minimal with a negative outline French and kept the length as is.

Dec 8th - She continued to do well on the structured gel manicures, and greatly improved her cuticle oil daily routine.

The longest length she had gone at this point, in a coffin shape!

Dec 22nd - She survived a beach vacation with all her nails intact.

She decided the length was getting too much for her so we did a big chop and shape change!

Bonus image, taken on April 4th, this is one of the longest natural nail lengths Rebecca maintained!

A comparison of the shortest natural nail length vs. the longest natural nail length Rebecca was able to maintain during her services with me.

January 22nd Abby was a nail biter and wanted to break out of the habit by getting her nails done.

February 12th She returned 3 weeks later- ideally I like to ask nail biting clients to come closer to 2 weeks, but she maintained her nails well in the meantime.

We went for a sheer nude to keep an eye on her new exciting growth!

April 5th Abby really enjoyed this shape and wanted to continue to maintain it.

In order to maintain it as safely as possible, considering Abby's lifestyle, I suggested to shorten the length to avoid breaks.

May 3rd The longest length Abby has gone in years! We changed her shape to an oval to accommodate the length. Notice the difference in the width of her nails from the beginning of her journey to now- the nails are noticeably slimmer due to the nail growing out longer and it's structure being maintained consistently.
